NOTE: Please DO NOT use any other method other than our online Customer Service Form to send email for customer service or inquiries. We will not receive your message if you send regular email!!
Before using our CS form please make sure your email server is set to accept "all email" and there are NO filters or spam blockers present. Many ISPs automatically set their cusomers accounts to block email. Even if you have previously set your email account to receive all mail unfiltered, ISPs often reset accounts to block email without you even knowing it.
We reply to all email inquiries we receive. However, we are not responsible if you do not receive our reply from us. Please remember if your ISP is blocking our reply to you we have no way of knowing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:
Q: I ordered a subscription (or placed a merchandise order) but you have not yet charged my credit card.
A: It can take up to 72 hours before your credit cad is charged. If your card is declined you will receive an email stating so.
Q: I placed an order but I have not received an Email receipt.
A: If you did not receive an email receipt after placing an order check you email account. Your ISP may be blocking your emails.
Q: I have not gotten the latest subscription issue of Famous Monsters.
A: Once subscription copies are mailed, it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery depending on where you live and your local postal service. Most subscribers get their copies withing 14 days after mailing.
Q: My subscription copy of FM arrived folded. Can I get a replacement?
A: Subscription copies are mailed in sealed plastic polybags the same as most every mainstream magazine is. If your postal carrier folds your copies you should speak to your post office. We do not replace subscription copies that have signs of normal handling during mail transit. if you want heavier protective packaging and cardboard mailers we suggest you order single issues from our web store. Subscription copies are not recommended for hardcore investment-minded collectors seeking so called "mint" condition copies. If you do receive a badly mangled copy, please contact Customer Service to request a replacement copy. You will be required to return the damaged copy first in order to receive a replacement.
Q: Why should I have to return it at my expense in order to get a replacement?
A: Mail order is no different than dealing with any retail store. If you purchase an item at a store and return home to discover the contents of the package are damaged, in most cases you return the item to the store for an exchange. We know of no stores that will reimburse you for your gas or bus fare to return to their establishment to make an exchange.
Q: I have wrritten you several times but you have not replied.
A: If you did not receive an email reply from us, check you email account. Your ISP may be blocking your emails. If you did not use our Customer Service Form to send your inquiry you will not get a reply because we will not get your email. DO NOT write to us using regular email!
