NEW "GOOGLE CHECKOUT" OPTION ADDED TO OUR WEB STORE!
We now offer GOOGLE CHECKOUT as an option for products purchased from our web store. GOOGLE CHECKOUT is recommended because it is fast, secure and allows for immediate confirmation of your payment. You may still use our regular cart checkout, but this method requires your credit card to be submitted to our card processing service. This means if your card is declined for any reason it will take additional time before you will be informed by Email. It can also take up to 48 hours after you place your order before your payment is actually processed. GOOGLE CHECKOUT will require you to set up a Google Checkout User Account the first time. After that, using the service is fast secure and easy.
Please note that you will be asked to set up a Customer Account on our web site the first time you use the checkout. Your customer account allows you to log in anytime and read updates on your orders and keep track of your account. When you use the Google checkout, you need to establish a separate user account with Google.
UPDATE: We are upgrading to a new version of our shopping cart program. If you already have a log-in name and password, you'll need to sign up again when the new cart is online. (Probably the end of May.) We apologize for the inconvenience but we were unable to import the old version database into the upgraded version.

ONCE MORE...A NOTICE ABOUT EMAIL!!!!
We remind you that in order to write to us about an order you MUST use the form on our Customer Service page. (See the CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK in the QUICK MENU at the top of this page.) Our servers DO NOT accept unsolicited regular Email. If you write us without using the form we will not get your message and you will not get a reply.
When you do write using the form, be sure to check your own Email settings. Many ISPs routinely block any Email they consider to be Spam. We suggest you set your Email server to accept all email and not filter anything. Even if you do this it is a good idea to check the settings every few days to make sure they have not been reset. Nearly every day someone writes us complaing we have not answered their Email inquiry and in every case we have replied (often several times) but our replies bounce back as undeliverable and we have no way of contacting the sender to tell them they are blocking our replies! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR EMAIL SERVICE IS WORKING PROPERLY. If you filter your Email you will certainly miss important correspondence as well as spam.

FM #4 REIISUE IS SHIPPING!
FM #4 pre-orders (with the bonus button premium) are now being shipped. Check your email for tracking number info. If you have not received a tracking number, check your junk mail or trash folders to be sure your server didn't mark the email as spam. (See Email Announcement further down this page.) Three separate emails with tracking info are sent out (from the card processor, the Post Office and us) so if you don't get your email, please don't write and blame us. The problem is with your email service! Our customer service dept is always busy and they don't have time to resend tracking number emails because certain customers can't get their service running correctly. If you have email problems, get a different service or take the time to learn how to configure your email client. Pre-order copies are sent Priority mail and typically take 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
